We were pleased to welcome our customer to our factory recently. During the visit, the customer visited our production workshops, assembly lines, testing area, and quality control departments to get a comprehensive understanding of our factory.
We introduced the complete production process in detail, including raw material inspection, machining, assembly, pressure test, and inspection. The customer also reviewed our test machine and testing process, including shell tests, seat tests, and functional testing of valves.
Throughout the visit, our technical and quality teams conducted indepth discussions with the customer regarding product specifications, performance requirements, and quality expectations. The customer expressed positive feedback on our manufacturing processes, testing capabilities, and quality management practices.
This factory visit further strengthened mutual understanding and trust, Both parties exchanged views on following projects and long-term cooperation.
