In an era dominated by precision engineering and automated manufacturing, valve electric actuators are increasingly being chosen by customers. Given the growing demand from many customers, our technical team at YIFA VALVE has carefully crafted a step-by-step tutorial on the adjustment and installation of electric handwheels, aimed at providing assistance to customers in installation and use.
Step 01:
For the convenience of transportation, when the customer receive the goods, the handwheel is in reverse loading state.
Step 02:
Use a hex wrench to remove the screw and handwheel.
Step 03:
After removal, there are four accessories in total: handwheel, wrench, screw and gasket.
Step 04:
Connect the handle of the handwheel outward to the iron pin inside the interface and the concave prat of the shaft.
Step 05:
Use a hex wrench to tighten the screws.
Step 06:
This status is for installation completed and normal use.
