YIFA VALVE recently received an order for DN1000 U-type extended stem butterfly valves from a European customer. These valves are equipped with a 3-meter extended stem to meet the customer’s unique installation conditions and operational requirements.
Extended stem butterfly valves are industrial valves designed by extending the stem of a standard butterfly valve. Their feature is a stem length far exceeding the valve body height, allowing actuators (such as handwheels, gearboxes, or electric actuators) to be installed further away from the valve body. This design aims to solve installation and operation challenges in special working conditions such as deep wells, overhead pipelines, equipment enclosures, or harsh environments, making them key equipment for achieving remote control, overcoming obstacles, and adapting to complex environments.
During the manufacturing process, we strictly control materials, processing, assembly, and testing to ensure that each valve fully meets the customer’s technical specifications and usage requirements in terms of sealing performance, key dimensions, and operational reliability.
Recently, the batch of DN1000 U-type extended stem butterfly valves has been successfully produced and delivered to the customer as planned.
