Product Introduction
The 2pc thread ball valve consists of a valve body and a bonnet, with opening and closing achieved by rotating the ball 90°. Compared to traditional one-piece ball valves, its bonnet structure improves sealing performance and significantly reduces the risk of leakage.
This valve has a nominal pressure range of 1.6-6.4 MPa. It can transport water, oil, gas, and corrosive liquids. The valve body can be made of stainless steel, carbon steel, etc., and the seals are commonly made of PTFE. It supports multiple thread standards such as G/NPT/BSPT and can be expanded to include butt welding and socket welding connections. Some models are equipped with a reverse-sealing stem and ISO mounting pad.
