Product Introduction
The ANSI Flange Gate Valve is a heavy-duty shut-off valve designed and manufactured according to ANSI / ASME B16.34 and B16.5 standards. It provides reliable flow control performance for a wide range of industrial applications, offering tight sealing, corrosion resistance, and long service life under various operating conditions.
This valve adopts a wedge-type gate structure, providing low flow resistance and excellent sealing performance in both directions. The steel body ensures high mechanical strength and pressure resistance, while the stainless steel trim enhances corrosion and wear resistance.
Equipped with ANSI flanged ends, the valve is easy to install and maintain, making it suitable for oil, gas, petrochemical, water treatment, and general industrial pipelines. The valve can be operated manually with a handwheel or fitted with electric, pneumatic, or gear actuators for automated systems.
