Product Introduction
The Forged Steel Gate Valve is a high-performance shut-off valve designed for reliable isolation of various fluids under high pressure and temperature conditions. Manufactured from forged carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel, this valve ensures superior strength, durability, and tight sealing performance, even in demanding industrial environments.
Designed and tested in accordance with API 602 / ASME B16.34, the forged steel gate valve provides smooth operation with minimal pressure drop. The solid wedge disc and precision-ground seats guarantee excellent sealing performance and extended service life. Its compact body structure and forged construction make it ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and limited-space applications.
The valve can be equipped with screwed, socket weld, or flanged ends, and is available in both rising stem and non-rising stem designs. It is suitable for manual handwheel operation or can be adapted for gear, electric, or pneumatic actuation upon request.
