Product Introduction
A pneumatic actuator is an industrial actuator that uses compressed air to drive the opening, closing, or regulation of valves. It is mainly used in process control applications in power plants, chemical plants, and petroleum industries. Its working principle is that compressed air drives a piston in a linear motion, which in turn rotates a gear to achieve a 90° valve opening / closing action. The direction of transmission is adjustable.

This actuator is divided into two types: single-acting (spring return) and double-acting. Double-acting actuators rely on a continuous air supply for drive, while single-acting actuators use a spring for air supply interruption and reset. The main structure uses an aluminum cylinder with hard anodized finish, conforming to ISO5211 connection standards and NAMUR air supply interface specifications. Solenoid valves, positioners, and other accessories can be added. Selection requires consideration of valve torque, air supply pressure, and actuator type. A safety factor of 25%-50% is recommended.
