Product Introduction
The triple offset multi-level metal sealing wafer butterfly valve is a pipeline device used in the metallurgical, power, and petrochemical industries. It primarily transports air, water, steam, and mildly corrosive media. This valve utilizes a three-dimensional eccentric design and features a multi-layered seat structure with both hard and soft seals. Its structure consists of a valve body, butterfly disc, and multi-layered seat. The eccentric design achieves frictionless movement of the sealing surfaces. The nominal diameter range is 50-2000 mm and it supports worm gear, pneumatic, and electric drive modes. The valve body is available in a variety of metal materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel.
